Concorde pears

European pear that is very sweet , eaten crisp or ripen soft with touch of vanilla flavor. Hard to find Concorde's are the best culinary poaching pear as it holds its elegant shape and stays firm. Grown in our orchards in Brussels Wisconsin. Sold in pecks, about 20-22 pears in red baskets.
